Seems like a pretty crappy start but perhaps it is appropriate. This is (near) the start of Christy and Perry’s adventures. For 3 years we have been preparing and planning the next phase of our lives – as empty nesters.

Perhaps this would be off-putting to our son who is technically not out of the nest yet and we are certainly not abandoning him (don’t worry Ben). But we are starting. So Hello World.
