Christy’s Birthday today – not a bad gift – flying to the Grenadines for 3 weeks.

Up at 5 am – wanna be at the airport for 7ish. Shower, shave, coffee … OMG I FORGOT TO GET COFFEE FOR THE TRIP! No chance to get it now. C assures me the coffee will be good in the Grenadines.

We pick up Audrey who is taking the car while we are away – price of that is a lift to the airport. Been a while since my airport days so not sure what to expect from the mess that is Pearson Airport. Not bad though, in a little more than an hour from picking up Audrey we are through security and getting breakfast.

6 hours later with time change we are in a different world.

We’re at Barefoot Offshore Sailing School (BOSS) in Blue Lagoon Bay, they’ve arranged for a taxi for us and we join 3 others that are going to the same destination. Greg is paying duty and Christy is changing money so Perry is having a beer.

Complimentary rum punches at BOSS so we partake and have a nice dinner with the sunset.
