We’ve decided to walk to church instead of the beery Walking Club so set off just before 8 am as it’s about an hour walk.

Long ceremony, an hour of preamble – long session by Jillian herself, then a ton of singing and music. The band is great, the 5 singers awesome but for me it is a tad long. Guest pastor who is, frankly, pretty dull and clearly asleep. I nod off from time to time. Over 2 hours for the whole show.

Afterwards we chat with an Owen Sound couple who also came and then Jillian and her friend Helen walk up. We chat and Jillian and Helen offer us a ride back to Secret Harbour. Sold.

About 4 pm we go to Hog Island for the band and fellowship. Don’t recognize a ton of people, there are quite a few people brought in by water taxi.

Back on board Milu my left foot is hurting. Don’t know why.
