I’m up early and before long I’ve knocked off four jobs: did the dishes, lowered the dinghy and pumped it up (more on that later), cleaned the seawater strainer and inspected other cooling systems and cleaned up the cockpit.

Swam to shore, walked the windward beach, talked to some kite surfers, found the path to The Ranch is open. swam back, inspected the anchor, cleaned the water intake through hull as much as possible.

Lazed around the day, listening to podcasts and doing work. about 4 pm we dinghyed to shore, walked the trail to The Ranch, met a nice American couple Barb and Chris there. Told Monroe the path was open as he didn’t know, was very happy to hear it. He gave us a ride back to Saltwhistle.
